Homemade chicken nuggets are a healthier alternative to fast food and perfect for kids.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixture
3. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
