Cheese and veggie roll-ups are a fun and healthy snack or light meal.

Ingredients
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup hummus
be creative! You can come up with various combinations of veggies
Preparation
1. Spread hummus on each tortilla
2. Sprinkle cheese and veggies over the hummus
3. Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
