Vegetable pizza pockets are a fun way for kids to enjoy their favorite pizza flavors.

Ingredients

1 pizza dough

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced bell pepper

1/2 cup diced mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped spinach

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares

3. Spoon tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables onto one half of each square

4. Fold over and crimp the edges to seal

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
