These mac and cheese muffins are an exciting way to enjoy a family favorite in a new form. Perfect for lunchboxes!

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain
3. In a large bowl, mix macaroni, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
