Carrot and apple slaw is a refreshing side dish that's great for kids.

Ingredients
2 carrots, grated
1 apple, grated
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
